What are your exchange and return policies?
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Unfortunately, we do not return nor exchange any bag or basket. If you feel you have a complaint or your order was not delivered as presented online for any reason, please contact us via email or phone (see below or visit the contact us page).
Can I customize my own baskets or bags?
Currently, we only accept such requests from businesses ordering large quantities. Please visit our CORPORATES page for more information.
How durable are House of Butterflies's bags and baskets?
We use fortified plastic in all of our designs, which means that it is very durable against most conditions faced every day (such as sand, water, etc.).
